5L PET Bottle Los Remedios Olvera Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Superior-grade olive oil obtained directly from carefully selected local olives and produced using only mechanical processes.

This Extra Virgin Olive Oil is extracted from the native Lechín variety, expertly blended with Manzanillo, Verdial, and Alameño olives, among others.

It comes from the Sierra de Cádiz, a corner of Andalusia where olive trees are cared for with deep respect for the environment and traditional harvesting methods are still maintained. The result is an oil with a unique character.

The conditions in the area are ideal for producing oil of the highest quality: altitude above sea level, harvesting methods, and soil fertility. The olives used to make our oils are then selected at the facilities of the Los Remedios-Picasat Cooperative. This is done based on their ripeness and health.

The 5L PET Extra Virgin Olive Oil, like the rest of our Extra Virgin Olive Oils from the Sierra de Cádiz, is produced using cold-press extraction. Since it is processed under specific temperature conditions, the aroma and flavor of authentic olive juice are never altered.

It is ideal for use as is—as a salad dressing or for breakfast—or as a base for stews and sauces. It adds an unmistakable character!
