Guided Tours
Learn about our oil extraction process and our surroundings.
We invite you to discover the heart of our cooperative through our guided tours. Experience firsthand the entire olive oil production process, from harvesting the olives to transforming them into the liquid gold that defines us.
You’ll learn how we combine tradition and technology to produce the highest-quality oil, always respecting nature and our environment. Plus, you’ll have the chance to explore our olive groves and discover how this unique setting directly influences the properties of our oils. Our tours are designed to give you an authentic experience, teaching you not only about olive oil but also about the rich agricultural culture that defines our region.
The olives used to produce our oils come from the Sierra de Cádiz, where olive trees are cultivated with deep respect for the environment. The olive tree is the seed from which this company grew and is still considered the foundation of the local economy.
The olives are then selected at the facilities of the Los Remedios-Picasat Cooperative based on their ripeness and condition. Produced through cold-pressing, the entire process takes place under specific temperature conditions to ensure that the aroma and flavor are never altered.
The Cooperative also has its own packaging plant, so the entire olive processing cycle—from harvest to market—takes place on a single site.
