1L PET Bottle Los Remedios Olvera Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Premium-grade olive oil obtained directly from carefully selected local olives and produced using only mechanical processes.

This Extra Virgin Olive Oil is extracted from the native Lechín variety, expertly blended with Manzanillo, Verdial, and Alameño olives, among others.

It comes from the Sierra de Cádiz, where olive trees are cared for with deep respect for the environment and traditional harvesting methods are still maintained. The result is an oil with a unique character.

The olives from which our oils are produced are selected at the facilities of the Los Remedios-Picasat Cooperative. This is done based on their ripeness and health.

The 1L PET bottle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, like the rest of our Extra Virgin Olive Oils from the Sierra de Cádiz, is produced through cold extraction. Since the process takes place under specific temperature conditions, the aroma and flavor of authentic olive juice are never altered.

It is ideal for use as is—as a salad dressing or for breakfast—or as a base for stews and sauces. It adds an unmistakable character!
