500ml Glass Bottle Sierra de Cádiz Olive Grove PDO Olive Oil. Superior-grade olive oil obtained directly from selected olives using only mechanical processes.

This Extra Virgin Olive Oil is extracted from the native Lechín variety, expertly blended with Manzanillo, Verdial, and Alameño olives, among others.

It comes from the Sierra de Cádiz, a corner of Andalusia where olive trees are tended with deep respect for the environment and harvesting methods similar to those of centuries past are still maintained.

The conditions in the area are ideal for producing oil of the highest quality: altitude above sea level, harvesting methods, and soil fertility. The olives used to make our oils are then selected at the facilities of the Los Remedios-Picasat Cooperative. This is done based on their ripeness and sanitary condition.

500ml Glass Bottle Sierra de Cádiz PDO Olive Oil, like the rest of our Sierra de Cádiz Extra Virgin Olive Oils, is produced using cold-press extraction. Because it is processed under specific temperature conditions, the aroma and flavor of authentic olive juice are never altered.

This Sierra de Cádiz Designation of Origin is ideal for using raw as a salad dressing and for breakfast, or as a base for stews and sauces. It adds an unmistakable character!
